The after-sales service team has set up a (7 * 24) 24-hour telephone service hotline to answer users' questions at any time. If on-site service is required, we promise to arrive at the maintenance site within 4 hours in the same city and 48 hours in a different location, and solve product faults for customers within 2 hours.

User Training

We promise to arrange professional product trainers to provide users with product usage training and provide free training and consulting services within ten days after installation.
